Q: If DSS lied about final visit causing my kids issues is there anything I can do to get that visitation to happen?

I lost my TPR,&filed an appeal. While waiting I was supposed to have been allowed to see my kids but COVID hit.I was told they would schedule a video visit with all 4 of my boys so we could see each other&I would still have an in person visit as my final visit after restrictions were lifted.Everything went great during the video visit except the boys cried when we had to go.I made promised to them based on another visit per DSS. I promised them all to have someone their to take photos of all of us and I'd bring them each a family album to remember everyone. But most importantly I promised them all hugs. DSS then made excuse after excuse not to set up the visit (I called 1x a month when restrictions were lifted). Eventually one worker yelled at me to stop asking they were denying my visit, never to call again&to give up my case was closed.2 of my sons had major issues this visit was cancelled & I couldn't follow thru on promises made.not to mention the toll it took on me & still is.
