Q: Do I have a false arrest lawsuit? My ex was in custody for 2 days fir a fta out of another county on felony drug charges

He says he was bonded out. Then he came to my house and left. We both have active protective orders. He text said he was coming back but had to get some clothes for work the next day.Vinelink notification States he was back in custody at 11 37pm. He messaged me at 1140pm saying he was otw to my house. I text back several times after 30mins to an hour had passed. The last text I sent was at 1am at which time 3 deputies were at my door with a warrant for my arrest.The deputies said that I had violated the order by texting and calling him and they knew this because he was back in custody for possession of meth and possession of paraphebelia. I asked why they pulled him over the deouty said cause i saw it was him and he was smoking a joint driving down the road. And they had his phone on their booking desk and my name came up with every text on his locked screen. I was taken from my home at 118 forced to leave my place unlocked with my two dogs inside. I was booked at 214am hisbooking 247
