Q: what if my grandfather has been actively deceiving me about the existence of a trust for 20 acres of land
I've suspected that he wasn't being honest with me for the last two years, and have asked him what the nature of my relationship with the land was, at which point he kicked me off the land in question. Mind you only a few days prior, while walking on the same property, he went so far as to say, "Taven(my name) this land is in a trust for you (my two brothers names), this is your land." When he finally slipped up and exposed an aspect of his lies, I confronted him and he showed no remorse and continued to withhold the entirety of the truth from me. I believe he did this with the intent of getting me to hit him so he could press charges in a continued attempt to alienate me from the rest of my family.
