Q: If my husband and I write an agreement in front of a Notary stating our separation would that be considered a legal doc?
I need this legal document not only for the purpose but to give to the leasing office so he can be taken off the lease! He hasn’t been in the residence for almost thirty days!
We are both in agreement with the separation. We only have four utility bills including rent that we share as debt. At the time I’m not requesting any spousal support or child support. He is free to see the biological child and step child anytime.
