Q: AZ is my perm residence but I'm now living abroad. How can I include both temp&perm addresses in a name change filing?
This filing is for a single adult with no dependent children. The "new" name has been in exclusive use for 35 years. I only need a court order, since I never obtained one. The issue of two addresses will become important later in the process, when I file a motion to have a virtual hearing, as I cannot go in person to the courthouse in AZ. I'm also hoping to have both addresses considered CONFIDENTIAL/ SENSITIVE DATA.
