Atlanta, GA asked in Employment Law and Employment Discrimination for Michigan

Q: Can my employer refuse to give you hours within approved availability if my availability is due to a disability?

My supervisor started treating me when my health declined. I had accommodations for intermittent leave due to appointments/episodes. This made mental health worse to the point of having panic attacks on my way there. They cut my hours, didn’t assign me a new client, and refused to give me hours within my approved availability. Even though there were new clients within my hours. I attempted to compromise, and extend my hours. This was declined. They kept assigning me clients way outside my avail, and due to disabilities I can’t work that late in the evening. No raise in 1.5 years, and new people were making more than me. Job caused severe mental stress due to hostility, and they cut my hours refusing to work with me. Is this legal for them to do?
