Q: Verbal harassment in public places like retail stores, fitness center, etc. Is it lawful to say NO, NOT SO, ETC.
December 26, 2017 took 96 year old mother to hospital ER. Got her seated, went out park car. Walked back in, past security guard at check in area and he yelled HE'S QUEER and just as got seated he yells HE THINKS HE' SOMETHING. Presently in 2024-2025 these statements are still being repeated by store security at some retail stores and fitness centers usually when entering the building. WHY SEEKING LEGAL NOW? Had surgery while back and presently doing rehabilitation program at different fitness centers Plain clothes people in law enforcement still saying the same thing. Is it lawful to say to security guard or policeman NO, NOT SO?
