Weare, NH asked in Family Law and Child Support for New Hampshire

Q: Requesting advice on contempt of court proceedings for nonpayment of child support.

The father of my child has demonstrated a pattern of noncompliance with court ordered child support over the past 17 years, which I can prove through documentation. His latest financial affidavit contains false information regarding assets and expenses. Moreover, during the nine months he has been in contempt, he has purchased a new truck and an additional Harley Davidson. Is it advisable to include these details in the contempt paperwork to illustrate his capacity to pay support but unwillingness to do so, his willingness to present misleading information to court so he is shown leniency ,or might this be viewed as vindictive?
