Q: Non compete agreement for a low wage technician in Arizona
I signed a non-compete agreement ‘made and effective 2021’ for 2 years but in the agreement there is NO wording mentioned it will be begin during or after the employment end. The company I worked for 2 years terminated me by end of 2023, and if it will be still binding to me, 15 months after my termination as I worked for this field for my whole life and most of my customers I worked for them more than a decade and I m trying to run my own business in this field and I wish I could contact those customers
