Q: Need help being represented as a co-executor of an estate/trust
My grandmother recently passed away and myself and father are co-executors of her estate and trust. I live out of state and my father is trying to execute without acknowledging me as his co-executor and not being up front about what he is doing. I am Looking for an attorney to represent me as a co-executor on the estate to ensure that everything is done properly and within the guidelines of the trust especially since I am out of state. The trust is filed with the state and I also have a copy.
