A: An Oregon attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. It's possible you could, depending on the nature of the incorrect information and the intent or malice with which it was entered. It could depend on the significance of the error/lie, whether you were materially damaged by it, and other factors. At a glance, it does not appear to be something that attorneys would handle on a contingency basis (which could mean paying hourly fees as you go). Therefore, if you could politely request that your records be corrected, that would be a cheaper and more practical option. If you are unable to resolve, you could then reach out to attorneys in your state who handle health care matters. Good luck
