Q: Florida felony w change guilty to not guilty plea day before sentencing, What is process now?Docket says arraignment.
Case has been ongoing 1.5 years. Motion to withdraw has been granted a day before sentencing. Now docket says arraignment scheduled. What does the process look like going forward? Will it go faster than the first time he was arraigned? Case is CSAM possession with a first degree felony charge and over 100 2nd degree charges. Files are locked due to the nature of the case.
