No. Generally, if a minor (someone under 18 years of age) enters into a contract, the contract is voidable at any time up until the minor reaches 18 years of age. Generally, the minor would have to return anything of value received under the contract to void the contract. Certain types of contracts--generally those for necessities (food, shelter, clothing, health care)--cannot be voided.
If not voided before the minor becomes an adult, the law generally presumes that the contract is "affirmed" by the person when that person becomes an adult.
