Q: Can my LLC hire an H1B employee? Steps needed?

I am a small one-person LLC online startup retail business owner. I started the business in July 2024, and my sales have been growing since then. I plan to file taxes for the first time for FY 2024, and I have never previously filed any H1B petition. I'm interested in hiring an H1B-sponsored employee for the role of an eCommerce Business Analyst to perform data analytics and manage the business based on best-selling products analysis skills. I am not familiar with the requirements for sponsoring an H1B employee for my LLC.
