Q: How to enforce a consent decree for unpaid loans post-divorce in Arizona?
I got divorced in Arizona in 2024 and we agreed to a consent decree without going before a judge. My ex has not been following the consent decree, specifically regarding financial obligations. He agreed to pay certain loans in full, but he has only been paying half of what is owed every month, including a solar loan, causing the loans to become overdue and affecting my credit negatively. I have documentation showing he is behind on the bills. I have contacted him, but he only says he's paying what he can. I want to enforce the consent decree through the court without having to remove my name from our jointly-owned house until these bills are settled. How can I proceed?
