How do I go about filing a beyond parental control petition in Kentucky? My son poses a danger to himself, his siblings, and his parents. He is suicidal and homicidal, with numerous hospitalizations for mental instability. Despite receiving outpatient services from a therapist and psychiatrist, as well as multiple inpatient stays, his aggressive behavior continues.
