Q: How to file a lawsuit against Cash App for Bitcoin access issue?
I've been unable to access funds that I converted to Bitcoin using Cash App. Despite having a verified account, Cash App is requesting re-verification to move or sell my Bitcoin. I've submitted my identification and social security number, which are legitimate, but they keep saying it's not verified. I've contacted their customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. The lack of access to my funds has caused me to miss job interviews due to financial constraints and has been emotionally draining. I have documented all communications with them. What steps can I take to file a lawsuit against Cash App for this issue?
