Q: Missed traffic court and FTA review, no warrant or summons?
I missed my court date for an expired registration (4 months past the due date) and also missed my FTA review date. I received a notice after the original missed date that mentioned the FTA review but have not received any notice since missing that review, which was last week. My case status online still shows as active, but there is no indication of a warrant or summons. Given that I have had a previous instance of a criminal summons (which was resolved), what does the absence of a current warrant or summons online indicate about my situation?
