They pressured me to choose their most expensive service options, preying on my panic and desperation. Despite their pushiness, I agreed and paid $1,499. According to the contract clause, if I cancel the services within one day, I should receive 75% of my initial payment back. However, they are refusing to cooperate and delaying the process to give me less money back. What actions can I take to sue them for damages due to their fraudulent pressure and to ensure I receive my refund? The bank is currently disputing the charge, and I expect updates by Monday.
