I am concerned about the sale of property next to mine, as it may affect my access to the main road, potentially leaving me landlocked. The real estate agent involved seems questionable, offering plans to transform the area into a lake or resort, or even a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, which could pose risks to the surrounding rural and secluded area. Given the 20-minute response time from law enforcement, I wonder if real estate agents are obligated to confirm the buyer's information and these development plans.
