I am forming a close LLC in Wyoming for my IT consulting business, which involves primarily web design, development work, and physical infrastructure design. Although 85% of my work is remote, I occasionally provide in-person services to clients. I operate my business from Wyoming but maintain a home office in Tennessee, where I also have in-person meetings and contracts with clients located in Tennessee. Do I need to register as a foreign corporation in Tennessee, obtain a Tennessee business license, and pay taxes as a Tennessee business, considering I only offer services or digital products without selling physical products?
