Q: How do I remove a 'non-tenant' licensee and trailer from private land that they damaged and I'm banning from the land..

She is not a tenant, never paid rent and she's been asked to leave. She accessed part my land (pasture) with vehicles causing severe damage creating a road where there was none. Ignored requests to not drive on my land outside of driveway. She's harassing me now, blocking my entrance and egress.
