I don't know if you will have the answers I'm looking for but here goes. We know we need a business license and we have that information but i need to know what forms we need when we tow a car or when we return property or the vehicle back to its owner. Also do we need any permits our tow trucks?

The best way to find this out is to speak with towing companies. I hope you have found the answers you wanted already. You also have to know the law. I have represented many towing companies and to list my experience in representing them here would be overly burdensome.

You really need to consult with an attorney about this. Did you incorporate? If so, you may need to file suit against him. You might be able to anyway, but we cannot answer on only the facts given.
