Q: Person kills two people runs from scene. Goes in next day wearing same clothes ran in. Why is the person not arrested?

Shouldn't that person be arrested just for leaving?

Q: I purchased a float for the river that said puncture proof material. The float was punctured, my mom died. Can I use?

My mom, myself and 3 others had to hold on for life after the float popped. My mom ended up having a heart attack and died.

One calls 911 instead they dump his body what can they be charged with they provided gun and alcohol
