If the second DUI is an Extreme DUI, you are facing a minimum of 120 days with 60 days that may be suspended with the completion of counseling. For an Extreme DUI with an alcohol level greater than .20, the minimum you are facing is 180 days in jail. The maximum penalty will always be 180 days in jail, fines, fees, classes and up to 5 years of supervised probation.
