Q: My 17 year old daughter was told by her mother that she didn't want to take care of her any longer.
When i picked her up she told my daughter if she wasn't back the next night she would call the cops. My daughter told me that she is home alone all the time and has been this way for a while now. My question is what would be the legal issues if i didn't take her back.
She did give up custody to our son 3 years ago. For some reason she refuses to let her live with me. a father in distress
