Q: what are my options real estate

married in 1991, one week later paid off a 30,000.00 foreclosure with loan from separate business with promise of name on deed and 1/2 interest in property. Property was joint owned by ex with and her Mother. Paid 1st and second mortage for 7.5 years and property taxes but wife quit claimed the house to her Mother instead of adding me to the deed. Now divorced and ex mother in law refuses to pay me back any monies.
