Q: Do I have any rights. If am paying child support

The mother of my children moved out of state. And she won't let me talk to my kids at all. I call them and it always sounds like there having a party. And there's always a reson why I can talk to them.. I need to do something about this. Please help

A: If you have a custody agreement, you have whatever rights you were given under the agreement. If you don't have one, you should get one sooner rather than later. It is possible that you could be ordered to pay child support and given no visitation rights, but not likely.
