Q: What can I do?
I just got kicked out for almost 2 weeks now, my bilogical father owes 18 years of child support. When I was still living with my mom, our first check was $500. Then week later I got kicked out. Right now I'm on my own struggling, is there a way I can get my payments? Because my mother refuses to give me my child support moneu and she will continue to spend all the money shes getting from child support. Please help!
A: It is her money for taking care of you while you were a minor. You cannot sue your parents or "get" them.
