Q: Hi, I'm going through a divorce but I have a 3 year old son, and i want full custody of my son. We never been apart.

Hes Father took my son away for 5 months, then give him back and sigh a paper giving me full power because he say he cant take care of him, and now he wants to take my son away again. He mistreated my other 2 children really bad, I did not know about it until they told me, he even told my own kids to hate me and not love me, I'm really scare he's gonna do the same to my little one. I have giving my children full time of my life, I take them to the library to rent books, I even help my kids get there library card to show them responsibility, i take them to festival the beach the park, my friends house, anything they need i get for them, i do things he never does, because he complains of hes back, all hes family take so many pills because they have diabetics and there health its not good, I'm 100 % healthy, and i can do way more then him, he leaves with hes parents and hes brother is alcoholic and hes moving back with them. I got my own place, is a good home for my child.Please help.

A: You need to actually go see a local family attorney about these issues. It appears that you might need to file a paternity action against the father to get child support.
