Q: Father owes 3000 in cs backdated ... 1st payment only send $150 .. what can I do to get what Is owed per mth

He's was in prison for 5 yrs came out and jus now after a year of being release we went to court ..he is backedates since July 2014 n jus now made a payment .. our daughter is 6 now ... he is with someone n she is expecting and they have everything for their unborn yet our daughter needs school shoes and shirts .. he has a job and works makes 1000 more then I do a mth .. how can I come about of getting what he's suppose to pay each mth .. he thinks be doesn't have to pay it bc he only has her 30 days out of a year
