Q: My Ex has a Class D Felony warrant with a FTA. Will this make it easier for me to get custody?
I live here in Florida,and my ex lives in Wisconsin but her felony warrant is in Connecticut. Could I have her extradited for her warrant and go for custody here or do I have to travel to Wisconsin? Also my daughter was moved from CT to WI to live with her grandparents with her mom because she can not afford to support herself on her own. My EX and I have had no custody agreement EVER for 5 years. Can I file for petition for Temporary custody here?
