Q: Do I qualify for possible court supervision on a MUST APPEAR IN COURT TICKET for going 20 over the speed limit?

Do I qualify for possible court supervision on a MUST APPEAR IN COURT TICKET for going 20 over the speed limit in Lake County if I already had traffic school within a year on a regular going over 10 mph ticket from Cook County? I am 25 by the way.

A: Yes you are - however, you should be represented by legal counsel to accomplish this.

A: You are technically eligible for court supervision again but there is not guarantee that you will receive supervision. To increase you odds, I recommend hiring an experienced attorney to assist you with this matter.

A: Neither prevents you from asking. But with a prior one you should have a lawyer
