Los Angeles, CA asked in Internet Law, Landlord - Tenant and Sexual Harassment for Ohio

Q: How do I gike spying charges on my roommate, when it is non traceable thru the internet?

I am almost 100% positive my roommate and gf are hacking into my laptop to spy, along with having access to the empty apartment nextdoor. How do I start anything to make it stop?

A: Although I am not admitted to practice law in Ohio, I doubt whether Ohio has any statute that covers this very specific unusual question. If I were you I would try to find some very sophisticated anti-virus software that will protect your laptop against all unwanted intrusion. Other than informing the landlord, I cannot even suggest a possible solution regarding your suspicion that your roommate and his girlfriend "have access to the empty apartment next door."
