Q: Could I Sue a company that issued me twice defective products Eye Ware?Chips from lens on two purchased pairs.

I have had two pair of glasses from Target and both have chips that hinder eye vision. Other places I've gotten glasses problem never existed. 2017 and 2018

A: If they have chips return them; if they won't help, then contact the home office; if they won't help contact the FDA--or you can sue them in small claims.

The problem is some time has gone by and it leads to the feeling there is a lack of immediacy.

A: As Mr. Munsing points out, small claims could be an option. One of the problems in getting legal representation for a matter of this scope is that the cost of paying an attorney to litigate could outweigh the damages.
