Waldorf, MD asked in Personal Injury and Products Liability for Maryland

Q: I went to a business at my local mall and got lashes done, my eyes are now infected and swollen.

I went to my local mall to get lashes extensions, they glue burned and infected my eyes and face, I told the technician that it was burning really bad when she applied it but she said that was normal, the next day my eyes was still hurting I called and if she could remove them because I couldn't she told me to look on YouTube for the answer. Well my whole face is swollen and eyes still infected, I'm on three different medications for it, I asked her for the owner's information and she wouldn't give it to me, do I have a case, also I can't work with my face like this.

A: I'm sorry for your ordeal. In addition to learning about your legal options, retain residue of the product if you can. A well-equipped medical facility might be able to use a sample to help identify material safety data sheets for the adhesive to administer a proper course of medical care. Good luck
