Q: I was hurt at wrk a while ago had a comp case w a crappy lawyer.. my x employer forced me to wrk injured for 3 month

Then they told comp.. the Ime did doctor hurt me and my lawyer at the time did nothing to help me

A: One option is to repost under Workers' Compensation here. There's no guarantee that all posts are picked up, but a workers' comp attorney probably wouldn't be able offer very much guidance based on these brief facts. Another option is to reach out to workers' comp attorneys to see if you could arrange a free initial consult to review your WC file, and based on the timeline, determine if you have any recourses. If you mean the IME doctor hurt you in terms of an inaccurate disability determination, that's something a workers' comp attorney would have the best insight into. If you mean the doctor hurt you in the sense of injury, that's a different matter and more along the lines of med mal/injury.
