A: Usually an arrest warrant will be issued based on a vehicular manslaughter charge. So the short answer is most likely. If you find out you have an arrest warrant, you can hire counsel to assist you in turning yourself in with a court date so the issue of bail can be addressed with the court.

A: more info is needed

make an appt for a courtesy consultation with a local DUI lawyer asap............

often an experienced DUI atty can work with the DA filing deputy and present fact favorable to you.

priors? high reading? when did the accident take place? pedestrian?

a warrant would possibly be filed but you want to surrender with your lawyer to the court and address the judge on bail.........rather than getting arrested and bailing out and then showing up in court.
