So far (as of January 31, 2022) there are a total of 68,902 Claimants and they have sent Determination Notices to 29,545. What I tell my clients is that they aren't divulging the order and when a specific claimant will get a Determination Notice. So if that is your complaint against your lawyer I hope this clears a little of it up for you. They will ultimately get to you and there really is nothing you can do other than to be patient.
