Q: Hi. My lawyer has shown inadequate support through the whole Camp Fire and PGE bankruptcy lawsuit.

A: I’m sorry that you are not satisfied with your current attorney. Be sure to research legal databases (ie, Justia) for good bankruptcy attorneys.

It helps to check a lawyer’s reviews and experience to increase your chances of finding suitable representation.

A: I represent claimants and I just pulled the most recent data from the website. So far (as of January 31, 2022) there are a total of 68,902 Claimants and they have sent Determination Notices to 29,545. What I tell my clients is that they aren't divulging the order and when a specific claimant will get a Determination Notice. So if that is your complaint against your lawyer I hope this clears a little of it up for you. They will ultimately get to you and there really is nothing you can do other than to be patient.
