Q: can i find a lawyer for litigating a wrongful eviction pandemic on contingency

Greetings, I am seeking representation as a tenant in a wrongful eviction during the pandemic claim. In addition I have numerous claims concerning LTA as well as violations committed by the owner that arise from not visiting the property in decades. The landlord, primary tenant, never gave rent money to the owner while harrassing me weekly as if it were per the owners request. the eviction was for failure to pay was the first time in 4 years my landlord said he could not pick up the remaining balance, which i have evidence of in our text messages. he called the city on me then caused me to give him my keys and allowed them to see that i was residing in a commercial building after hiding everything residential for the prior week. then not telling me that i was cited for a non compliance to residing in a non residential building filing for eviction the day of the violation commencenent. I have many more situations like cutting my locks to post a notice on my back door. etc... I need t
