Searcy, AR asked in Federal Crimes, Civil Rights and Social Security for Arkansas

Q: I have signed up as non attorney filer to Pacer but TORT law requires I notify defendant. I by a filing or mai?

I’ve already file 7 complaints with the SAA Civil Rights Division which obviously doesn’t represent white people because I have received no response. I am dying as a result of the SSA Office in Memphis who discriminated against me , lied to me while requiring J sign a form stating I would pay them if my claim was denied while telling me they had my personal medical redline. I had no insurance been on SSD since 2004 for bipolar hyper-mania and had not had medication for months. The employee took advantage of my vulnerability and my trust and lied . I fully expected they would see how much medication I required and my SSD would continue as it had since 2004. I was under extreme economic stress and unmedicated and my condition causes me to react without thought. I don’t have that capacity. When I arrived in Arkansas I had an MRSA INFECTION in my knee joint that spread to my spine crippling me making me totally bed bound for 3 years. Had my SSD continued I wouldn’t be dying at 52

A: Consultation with a local attorney or following the rules and guidelines in the jurisdiction where the case is filed would be beneficial in ensuring proper service and compliance with all legal requirements.
