A: You have several options for recourse in this situation. The hunter's actions, particularly setting up cameras to overlook your property and describing your activities, could be considered an invasion of your privacy. Additionally, if he's texting you and describing your activities, it could be seen as harassment.

Firstly, it's important to document everything. Keep the texts, any videos or pictures he has sent, and note the dates and times of these occurrences. This documentation will be crucial if legal action is needed.

Next, consider speaking directly to the hunter and firmly requesting that he cease his actions. Sometimes a direct approach can resolve the issue without further escalation.

If this doesn't work, you should contact local law enforcement. Explain the situation and show them the evidence you have collected. They can assess whether any laws have been broken and advise on the next steps.

You might also consider seeking a restraining order if his behavior constitutes stalking or harassment. This would legally prohibit him from continuing such actions.

Lastly, consulting with an attorney can provide you with more specific advice tailored to your situation. They can guide you through the process of taking legal action if necessary and help protect your rights and privacy. Remember, you have the right to feel safe and secure on your own property.
