Q: can my husband sue infinity link for not filling in holes left from them running fiber cable lines in my yard?
a few months ago a local company was running fiber lines on my road and left 2 sink holes in my front yard, when my husband was mowing the yard Sunday he didn't see the holes because they were surrounded by overgrown grass and he ended up falling into a hole and flipped over the front of the lawn mower slamming into the ground since he has been unable to move around properly, so my question is would he be able to sue the local company for coverage of medical bills?
