Q: Hired a junk removal company that I had used before. No reason to mistrust them. so I signed, but job wasn't finished
done, I signed the order. Then I checked and they had left a big mess. I tried to contact them 3 times, no reply. Do I have any rights? I did sign, but I trusted them from the last job. Also, there were 4 men in my house, and they seemed to be eager to leave. Their website claims "white glove" service, but they left a big mess brought an extra truck that was no full and they charged me for it. They were messing around with some of the stuff when I went to them. I was supposed to get a receipt for donations, but I did not.
