Q: I got a driving on revoked in 2013. When I was 22 the dui came back negative , so I never paid it nor signed to plea. I
I got pulled over. When I went to court I got 6 month probation or until fines and fees were paid in full. Heather Bogess had my brother and upon metting her she told me she didn't think she would like me and would give me a hard time . She made the comment my brother would die and I wouldn't care, so I went off. Heather said you know your going back to jail for talking to me like that I said ya well what's the warrant for? I got on probation july2022 she violated me for fines and fees 3 weeks on probation when I have receipts with dates to prove they was paid and she submitted false documentation to the court. They refused to lab my drug screen they said I had fentynol and alcohol in the screen and 12 panels do not test for that, so once again false information and I told them I'd pay the lad fees and she smirked and dumbed it down the sink. She also asked me not to hire an attorney
