Q: I know lawyers don't like to help low income people but I am going to pray for the best but prepare for the worst. I

Have section 8 I pay zero rent ccha pays 100% of my rent I have been getting eviction notices since June 2023 stating that I have not been paying rent now I'm getting eviction notice saying we have no contract which is a lie I have proof that my owner has been getting paid every month and I have proof of the contract all from the Clark county housing Authority and I have proof that it was the owner who violated the contract with Clark county housing Authority and that they stopped payment March 2024 when do the harassment stop I spent all my money paying for court fee and back and forth to court is there a way I can be compensated and prove myself in a court of law everything I am stating I can prove with official documents from HUD and Clark county housing Authority I m out of money and a place to live please help if u can I have everything eviction notice given to me by the owner and the reason for the eviction proving the owner was wrong in every case
