Q: Is it possible to appeal an injunction against harassment when it was dismissed by the court?
An injunction was granted and the defendant appealed stating the incident didn’t happen. I went to court and showed video proof as well as a police report of the incident. The judge then decided those incidents are not sufficient harassment and dismissed the case.
