Q: fight extradition I have a warrant for back owed child support& I moved to az from Michigan and was 15 and she was 18
I have a warrant out of Michigan and didn't know I was 15& she was 18 and I didn't know about me having a warrant and or what the child support order entailed. I wasn't aware of what I was allowed or not allowed to do. So I guess now they have me under fugitive of justice hearings to go to. I only moved because I lost jobs and I was on disability and currently disability status is pending but I moved because I became homeless and wasn't to not pay my child support just circumstances led me desperate homeless and moved to a family's house in az and I got pulled over and was told I had a warrant and I didn't know I was never told anything about a child support order wheb I was 15 I wasn't sure what it was I was worried about school and hasn't known about this court order and now I'm trying to fight extradition and need help what should i do. How do I go about getting help and can I do a payment plan I was paying child support until my disabilities was the reasons for job loss
