Asked in Consumer Law, Civil Litigation and Lemon Law for Colorado

Q: How can I and under what laws/pretense can I sue this car dealership?

I bought a car I Colorado in October 2023, as of this email it is now about 7 months, and they still haven't released the title to my lien holder. I have called them multiple times and they never answer, the give me the run around as a month ago they told me they sent the title to my bank. Navy Federal Credit Union has called them too and I spoke to my bank many times and they have not received anything. Apparently, I am one of many they have done this to as per their google reviews. I can't drive the car because temp tags are expired and its sitting in my garage. I also bought this hybrid car to save gas on my hour drive to work. So now they are costing me a lot of money and distress. At this point I do not want the car anymore and would like to sue them so they can take the car back and pay of my lien for the original purchase price. Someone help please.
