Asked in Landlord - Tenant for New Hampshire

Q: I need to file a brief as a tenant appealee to the NH Supreme Court of a District Court decision that is wrong

I feel the judge ignored all the rules concerning habitability when she made her decision against me. I had numerous evidentiary articles, including photographs and inspection notices, that shows the landlord let this place go to literal crap.

One was a hole in my roof that leaked water into my second floor when ever it rained and the landlord knew this was going on for over two years. Along with brick fascia problems chimney brick problems, and an illegal enterance to the cellar.

Also the defendant landlord lied numerous times to the judge in the hearing of which there is positive proof. At the time I did not have the Code Enforcement Inspection report, which the defendant landlord minimized and lied about which shows numerous violations of the Housing Codes.
